102. My mind is somewhere else. all I'm trying to do is get the basketball pole and board set up with the gang and the committee's help so the kids can play ball. It'll never be that easy. Everyone must have a say and atleast one reason which is an obstacle. How does one get a job done through this 'ego forest'? This is a crucial learning process- tackling people.
