One hundred and fifty pushups done today, on a weekday. Not a Saturday or a Sunday but a weekday. I'm the man. Didja hear me? Aa sed am da MAAAAAAAN.
Pushups are the best, complete-body workout. It's least expensive too. All one needs is 1 x 2 meters of floorspace. Time management, Clarity and focus on schedules also slips in top gear. Does this have something to do with the blood running into the head? I actually WANT to revise my French lessons now.
C'est un beau jour! Je suis tres tres heureux.
Sgt. Arjun: Alright, ye smart ass. Simmer down now. We'll see how good your French is tomorrow, in class. This is probably the ONLY French you know. God-damn #@%*& punk... quel l'idiot...
time out needed to pack a slr and a sketchbook in a rucksack, sit astride a royal enfield and ride off to anywhere

I haven't had a drag in 14 days now. Today, when the guys went to the terrace garden for a smoke, I took along a cup of coffee and a few biscuits. The hands have to be kept busy. Since smoking kills the appetite, the aftermath of abstaining is putting on weight. I guess this is where the pushups come in- to tackle the eating binge that accrues from not smoking. The other problem is this constant lamenting on quiting. I'll probably make a big deal out of it till kingdom come.
Now here's the best thing that's come out of it.
I've suddenly become more organized- with my thoughts, work, quality time, money, my inspiration and my desire to learn new things. I'm now looking forward to what life has to offer, unlike earlier when I was more into what a bitch life is. Which of 4000 chemicals in a cigarette induces depression? Do they all work together like hyperactive cooks with a deadline to meet in a small kitchen? There has to be a tangible explanation for this because I've observed this difference in other smokers and non-smokers. Ouch... I'm hungry again...

I ache to know the Royal Enfield Bullet well and inside out. I wish I understood what's going on here (and the pages linked to it with hardcore info on the Bull's idiosyncrasies):
http://www.cybersteering.com/cruise/feature/bullet/thescience.html
I wish I could just download this stuff straight into my head like Neo did with the chopper manual. I mean I just plug this cable into the back of my cranium, crash for a while and when I wake up, I see the matrix. I turn to look at a Bullet and I see the bike in cross sections, like a transparent 3d application, like a blown up assembly diagram. There you go; that's nirvana for me.

toy collector
I picked up Gorm with a Mcdonald's's happy meal today-
http://www.lego.com/galidor/products/default.asp?id=2
From an eight-year old's point of view, I was thrilled and wanted all his buddies lined up on my bedstand. From a 31-year old's perspective, it was a neat marketing strategy between Lego and Mcdonald's. So this character designer basically sits with the marketing studs and they devise methods to get kids hooked onto happy meals. They ought to put 2 lines of text describing the character in the pamphlet so just in case the kid wants to brag about his toy, he has something to say to his soon-to-be-jealous friends. This description is present on the website, not with the toy. Agreed, kids are more imaginative at that age, but a short intro kick-starts their imagination to spin their yarn further.
